Our first space, opened in December 2024, is located in the East Tower of The Trilogy Plaza on the ground floor and first floor. It hosts temporary exhibitions and presents the permanent collection of the founder of the project, Xenia Kulbachevskaya.

Our second space, opened in December 2025, is located in the North Tower of The Trilogy Plaza. This is our main space for temporary exhibitions, where we show large-scale works by established artists and contemporary local artists.

Xenia is the visionary founder of XeniArtSpace, shaping its mission, curating its distinctive permanent collection and temporary exhibitions.

Growing up in an artistic family and graduating from a prestigious art academy, she developed a profound and refined appreciation for art. Over the past 15 years, Xenia has built a remarkable private collection, focusing on 20th and 21st-century art, with a deep passion for Post-Impressionism, Fauvism, the Nabis group, and contemporary installations.

Her desire to share this passion with a broader audience inspired her to create XeniArtSpace, where her artistic vision comes to life.
